My suggestion is to overcommunicate and be patient initially when onboarding them so that they understand your culture, your goals, your expectations and specifics if any - to tailor their strategy. Once the onboarding is done in 2-3 weeks, the results start showing within the next month and then it's an exhilirating journey.
